Artek Table 83 is a generously proportioned rectangular table designed by Alvar Aalto. Its black linoleum surface is framed by warm birch, creating a clear contrast that emphasises the table’s simple geometry and understated character.

The table belongs to Aalto’s celebrated family of furniture based on the bent birch L-leg. The softly curved transition between each leg and the supporting structure gives the piece a distinctive architectural rhythm while allowing the rectangular top to remain visually light.
