Delivery within Finland usually takes 3–8 business days. All dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may vary according to the destination, route, product, carrier and practical circumstances.

Delivery within Finland usually takes 3–8 business days. Larger shipments are delivered to the building entrance by a trusted private courier and handled carefully throughout the journey. Carry-in can be agreed separately. All delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Worldwide
International shipments travel by air freight or road freight depending on the destination and the piece. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. This is an estimate and actual timing may vary. We choose express shipping whenever the route and the piece allow it, so shipments often arrive sooner. Furniture delivery is made to the building entrance unless another service has been agreed. If you need delivery at a specific time, contact us so we can arrange the timing with you.

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and local handling fees. These charges are normally the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking information is provided whenever the selected transport service supports it.
For larger shipments, we use a trusted private courier. Private furniture deliveries may not use conventional online tracking; in those cases, we follow the delivery directly with the driver and keep you informed.

Pickup can be arranged from the location shown for the piece. Contact us beforehand so we can confirm whether it is in Kalasatama or Töölö and prepare it for collection.
Bring suitable transport materials and check the dimensions of the piece, vehicle, doorway and lift before arrival.
Furniture, lighting and objects are packed according to their materials, scale, weight and fragility. Large or especially delicate pieces may require custom protection or a specialist freight solution.
We aim to protect the piece effectively while avoiding unnecessary packaging material.
Inspect the packaging and piece when it arrives. If you notice damage, keep all packaging and photograph the outside of the shipment, internal protection and affected area of the product.
