Vintage Arne Jacobsen Ant Chairs, Fritz Hansen

Designed by Arne Jacobsen, the Ant chair is one of the most recognisable icons of Danish modernism. First introduced in the early 1950s, it was radical for its time with a single-piece molded plywood seat and a light, almost graphic silhouette. Produced by Fritz Hansen, the Ant quickly became a classic in homes, offices, and public spaces.

These chairs feature white molded plywood seats paired with chrome-plated steel legs. The form is slim and elegant, yet surprisingly comfortable, making them easy to place around a dining table, desk, or as occasional chairs. The white finish keeps the look clean and timeless, fitting both modern and more eclectic interiors.

The chair’s scale and clear profile allow it to work naturally as an individual seating piece in both contemporary and vintage interiors.
