X-Line Chair by Niels Jørgen Haugesen for Hybodan, 1977
X-Line Chair by Niels Jørgen Haugesen for Hybodan, 1977
An iconic X-Line chair, designed by Danish designer Niels Jørgen Haugesen in 1977 and manufactured by Hybodan, Denmark. The chair features a lightweight chromed steel structure with a perforated metal seat and backrest.
Its distinctive geometric construction and crossed supports create an airy, architectural appearance while keeping the design visually minimal. A recognised example of late-1970s Danish high-tech furniture design. Measurements: Height 77 cm; Seat height 42 cm.
The chair’s scale and clear profile allow it to work naturally as an individual seating piece in both contemporary and vintage interiors.
Good vintage condition with light signs of age and use. Minor wear and marks are visible on the metal surfaces, consistent with the chair’s age. Please review all images for details.
