Yrjö Kukkapuro Plaano Office Chair in Brown Leather

The Plaano office chair was designed by Yrjö Kukkapuro and combines brown leather upholstery, sculptural wooden armrests and a five-star swivel base with castors. Its warm materials give the ergonomic form a distinctly Finnish modernist character.

The generously upholstered seat and backrest are shaped for everyday desk use, while the layered wooden armrests form an expressive structural detail around the sides. Their curved profile balances the practical office-chair construction.

A dark five-star base provides swivel movement and mobility, making the Plaano suitable for a home office, studio or workspace. The aged brown leather and natural wood complement each other especially well and give this example an established vintage presence.
