Vintage Charles & Ray Eames Lounge Chairs - Rosewood & Dark Brown leather

Designed by Charles and Ray Eames, the Eames Lounge Chair is one of the most iconic seating designs of the 20th century. Introduced in 1956, the model redefined comfort in modern furniture, combining generous proportions with refined materials and precise construction. This matching pair was produced by Mobilier International in France under licence during the mid to late 20th century.

Mobilier International manufactured Eames Lounge Chairs for the European market from the early 1960s through the 1980s, following the original Herman Miller specifications. These chairs feature dark brown leather upholstery paired with Brazilian rosewood shells, creating a warm and classic contrast. The beautifully figured Brazilian rosewood gives the shells a rich and distinctive appearance.

The original Mobilier International stamp is visible, confirming licensed production.
