Yrjö Kukkapuro Remmi Armchairs

Designed by Yrjö Kukkapuro, these low Remmi chairs are a good example of his more relaxed and practical seating designs. The model has a simple tubular metal frame and a low, reclining form that gives it a clean and recognizable look.

Like many Kukkapuro pieces, the focus is on comfort, structure and an easy visual balance between softness and steel. This pair features brown leather upholstery with chrome-plated tubular frames. The shape is open and lightweight, while the leather gives the chairs a warmer feel.
