Vico Magistretti
Vico Magistretti was a Milanese architect and designer whose work spans some of the most significant Italian furniture of the postwar period. His designs for Cassina, Artemide, and De Padova combined rigorous form with a quiet wit. The Maralunga, introduced in 1973, is perhaps his most celebrated piece, an armchair and sofa system with an adjustable backrest that won the Compasso d'Oro in 1979. At Pino Interiors, this collection brings together available pieces attributed to Magistretti, primarily from the Maralunga line. Availability varies as each piece is sourced individually.
